One item in my order had an issue, so I reached out to support. It took a little back and forth, you know, not super quick or anything, but they did end up sending me a replacement. So... yeah, I feel like that was fair. It wasn’t perfect since I had to wait a bit, but they made it right in the end. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Refund took a little while, but it was fine"
I had to send an order back and the whole thing was straightforward. Support got back to me the next day, I think, and then the refund showed up a few days after that. So, not super fast or anything, but it worked out and felt fair enough

"Stock can be a little hit or miss"
I check paramountpeptides.com every so often, especially when I’m looking for something specific, and it’s a little frustrating when it’s out of stock. I remember finding exactly what I needed once, feeling relieved, and then the next time it wasn’t available anymore. Some items do come back later, which is good, but waiting and checking again can get old. Overall the site is fine, I just wish the inventory was a bit more consistent.

The reconstitution info was really clear and easy to follow. I tend to look for quick cues and simple steps so I don’t have to overthink everything, and this gave me exactly that. I didn’t have to go searching around for extra answers or second-guess what to do. Helpful overall

"Solid quality overall"
Pretty happy with this overall. The packaging was clean, the quality feels solid, and the purity seems right on point. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, so I’m knocking off one star for that, but the product itself definitely holds up.

I was already feeling a little rushed when I was looking through the research-use details, and the compliance information just didn’t feel clear enough to me. I wish it had been explained in a more straightforward way so I could feel more confident about what was allowed.

"Nice shipping options"
Checkout was easy. Liked that there were a few carrier options so I could choose the one that usually works best in my area. Got the tracking info quickly, and the package showed up right when it was supposed to. Not much else to add, just nice when shipping isn’t a hassle...

Product showed up fine and everything, but the storage instructions kinda threw me off. I had to click around the site for a bit and even then I still wasn’t 100% sure what I was supposed to do. For this kind of product, it really needs to be more clear.

My order showed up faster than I expected, I think it was about 3 days. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the tracking didn’t update very quickly, though maybe I was just checking it too much. Overall, a good experience.

I felt comfortable using the site. Checkout was straightforward and didn’t ask for any odd extra info, which I appreciated. The privacy details were also easy to find, so that made things feel more transparent. I’m giving it 4 stars because I don’t think any site is ever 100% perfect when it comes to online privacy, but overall it seemed fair and secure to me.

I really appreciated that the shelf life and expiration dates were mostly easy to find. I’ll probably still check the labels once everything arrives, just to be safe, but seeing that info on the site made me feel a lot more confident before ordering. I took off one star because I do wish the dates stood out a little more on each product page. It’s a small thing, but when you’re trying to make sure you’re buying something fresh, that extra clarity really matters

My order showed up exactly as I placed it, with the right items and the right quantities. No mix-ups or missing products, which I really appreciate.
